Coaching on-the-job

Synergie goes one step further than finding the right match. We accompany new temporary workers in the start-up of their new job, on the spot at the workplace. Our job coaches do the pre-selection, supervise the start-up and make an evaluation. Good temps can stay, others unfortunately cannot. This way we relieve you of the burden of starting up new temps.
