The Account Manager is responsible for:
- Managing the portfolio of & DPXS Benelux
- Retaining and winning contracts
- Identifying opportunities and anticipating changes in the account portfolio.
- Management and contact with internal stakeholders of and for optimal process progress of (new) customers and partners within Ciblex Benelux and France
- Support of sales targets for the Benelux region: through realization and growth of turnover in portfolios
- Set up CRM system Ciblex - DPXS portfolio
- Reporting the business opportunities & progress to management
- Visits to existing customers, conducting account calls, MBR, QBR. The commercial negotiation of annual contracts, which will be supported by the Sales Manager.
- Identifies customer wishes, translates wishes into products / services and issues quotations
- Support of Sales team by drawing up quotations, administrative follow-up of RFQ / tender
